01About the service

TributlyBot gives Discord servers a bot to log tributes, show leaderboards and earnings, and run community tools like tickets, moderation, welcome messages and verification.

You can use the free public bot in your server, or buy a plan to get your own branded bot that we host for you around the clock.

02Your account

You sign in with Discord. We only see what Discord shares with us after you agree on Discord's own screen.

  • You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13).
  • You're responsible for what happens with your account and for the servers you manage with it.
  • Don't share access to your account or try to use someone else's.

03Plans, payments and slots

Plans give one hosted bot for the length of the plan. The number of hosting slots is limited, so a slot can't be reserved without an active plan.

  • Prices are shown at checkout and include any taxes.
  • Payments are one-time. Nothing renews automatically; buying again adds time to your plan.
  • Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Bank transfers start your plan once we receive the money.
  • Codes can be redeemed once and can't be exchanged for money.
  • During a beta, features may be free and may change or end at any time.

04Refunds

If something isn't working, contact us first: we're happy to help. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase if you haven't really used the plan. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We may end the plan that was refunded.

05Your bot and token

For a hosted bot you create the application in the Discord Developer Portal and give us its token. We store it encrypted and only use it to run your bot.

  • Only connect a bot you own.
  • If you think your token leaked, reset it in the Developer Portal and connect the new one.
  • When your plan ends, your bot stops. Your settings and data are kept, so renewing brings everything back.

06Acceptable use

Don't use TributlyBot to:

  • break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines , or any law;
  • harass, threaten, scam or spam people;
  • log payments that didn't happen, or misuse other people's data;
  • attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around limits and blocks.

We may block accounts or servers that break these rules, stop their bots, and end their plans without a refund in serious cases.

07Payments you log

TributlyBot records what members log. It never sends, receives or checks money, and it isn't connected to Revolut, Throne, YouPay or any other payment service. You're responsible for the payments in your server and for any taxes on them.

08Availability and changes

We work hard to keep every bot online, but we can't promise the service is never interrupted: Discord outages, maintenance and other problems can happen. We may change, add or remove features. If a change affects your plan in a big way, we'll tell you in the dashboard.

09Liability

TributlyBot is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage, lost income or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

10Ending

You can stop using TributlyBot at any time: remove the bot from your server and, if you want, ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using TributlyBot after a change, the new terms apply. Big changes are announced in the dashboard.
